It is a cold-treated aluminum forged product, suitable for applications with high requirements for corrosion resistance and oxidation. 3. The 7 series (mainly zinc) mainly contains zinc. It is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy and is a heat-treatable alloy. It belongs to super hard aluminum alloy and has good wear resistance. The main feature is high hardness, which requires high strength, Manufacturing of high-stress structural parts and molds with strong corrosion resistance.
In order to improve the corrosion resistance, the surface of the aluminum alloy shell of the mobile phone will be artificially anodized to make the appearance more beautiful and increase the surface hardness. The quality and adhesion of the anodic oxide film directly affect the appearance quality and corrosion resistance of the mobile phone. Due to the relatively high alloy composition of 7 series aluminum alloys, it is difficult to avoid uneven distribution of these alloying elements in the process of conventional melting and casting of aluminum rods, resulting in segregation, which is also called macrosegregation. Part of the segregation will be partially improved in the subsequent homogenization and extrusion process, but it cannot be completely eliminated. The presence of segregation means that the composition of each part of the material is unevenly distributed. This uneven composition will cause the quality and adhesion of the anodic oxide film to be different, resulting in appearance defects such as chromatic aberration after oxidation, and the use performance is unstable. Adhesion is not enough and easy to fall off. Once lost the protection of the oxide film, coupled with the accelerated corrosion of hand sweat, humid air and high temperature weather.
